These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the JobLander Chrome Extension (the "Extension"). This Extension is owned and operated by Joblander LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing and using this Extension, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms at all times.

All content published and made available through our Extension, including but not limited to, text, logos, images, and downloadable files, is the property of Joblander LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use our Extension is 18 years old. By using this Extension, users confirm that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
Acceptable Use
As a user of our Extension, you agree to use our Extension legally and not to use our Extension for illegal purposes. This includes not violating the rights of other users, not hacking into another user's account, and not acting in a manner considered fraudulent.

When you sign in to our Extension using your Google account, you agree to be responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of your account and to keep your account information accurate and truthful.
Use of Services
Our Extension provides real-time job interview assistance, including understanding interviewer’s questions and providing timely hints. The use of our Extension is subject to these Terms.
Free Use
The Extension allows for free use for up to 2 meetings. Any usage beyond this may be subject to additional terms or subscriptions, which will be communicated through the Extension or our website.
Limitation of Liability
Joblander LLC and our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension.
Indemnity
By using our Extension, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joblander LLC and our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Extension.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable international law.
